Prior to commencement of the re-development of the Flinders Medical Centre, management required an overview of the condition of existing plant and equipment in the area scheduled for re-development.
After Grazer had completed the condition assessment audit, Flinders Medical Centre management requested Grazer to extend the scope of the audit to incorporate the entire hospital. In addition to this, Grazer scanned the original 3000 As Installed drawings and 195 Operation and Maintenance Manuals for preservation of the aging hard copies.
