Implementation

Prior to implementation, we work with you to source the best possible data and provide a solution design to deliver optimal performance and efficiency. We will load and configure most of your data and then if required we will train your in-house Team to complete the configuration.

Our technology experts will roll out the solution across your organisation to ensure reliable use and operations. Our non-intrusive design and technologies will remove concerns from even the most discerning IT Manager. Our team will advise on how to ensure the solution remains secure and reliable.

Integration Services

Leverage the investment in your existing back end systems by using Grazer C Suite as a single interface to your multiple systems. Integrate to your ERP or EAM system to quickly raise a defect notice, check the maintenance histories, issue parts, check compliance details, review costs, check tenancy information and so many more functionalities.

Integrate to your analytics tools for dashboarding, scorecarding, planning and budgeting. Pull your electronic Operations & Maintenance documents from your document management system, or your photos from your file server.

Scanning Services

If some or all of your existing Operations & Maintenance information is paper based, Grazer and a network of service providers can provide a service to scan and upload the information and present it in our C Suite, or C Manuals product ensuring it is linked and referenced. For existing Facility Managers in particular, this ensures a fast Return On Investment.

Training Centre
